Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Payment is typically made at the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed. Prices quoted at booking are final, excluding fuel and tolls where applicable.
Self-drive renters must provide valid documentation and a refundable security deposit. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
Standard bookings may be cancelled with reasonable notice without charge. Wedding and event bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event may incur a partial charge.
All vehicles carry appropriate insurance. Personal belongings are the renter's responsibility and are not covered by vehicle insurance.
