Payment Process for Each Service Type

🚗 Daily & Single Trip Rental

No advance payment required. Pay the driver in cash at the end of your journey. For bank transfer or mobile wallet, payment is made before the driver departs from your location on the return. Amount matches exactly what was quoted at booking.

📅 Monthly Corporate Contracts

Monthly invoicing on official company letterhead. Payment via bank transfer within 7 days of invoice date. Accepted from companies, NGOs, embassies, and government ministries. Detailed usage reports included with every invoice.

💍 Wedding & Event Bookings

A small advance deposit (PKR 5,000–10,000) secures your wedding vehicle on the specific date. Balance payable on the event day by cash, card, or mobile wallet. Advance deposit fully adjustable if event date changes.

🏔️ Northern Areas Tours (Multi-Day)

For multi-day tours to Hunza, Skardu, or Naran, a 30–50% advance is typically requested to secure the vehicle and driver for the full tour duration. Advance payable via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Balance on completion of tour.

🏢 Self-Drive Security Deposit

Self-drive rentals require a refundable security deposit (PKR 15,000–50,000 depending on vehicle). Payable by bank transfer or cash before key handover. Fully refunded within 24 hours of vehicle return in good condition.

Can international visitors pay in foreign currency? ⌄

We transact in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. International visitors can exchange currency at any commercial bank or authorised exchange company in Islamabad. We are happy to advise on the best exchange locations near your hotel or sector.
