Are your drivers licensed and verified? ⌄
Yes. All drivers are CNIC-verified, professionally licensed, and background-checked before joining our team.
Do drivers speak English? ⌄
Most drivers have functional English. Our tourist and corporate service drivers are specifically selected for stronger English communication skills.
Can I request the same driver for future bookings? ⌄
Yes. Mention the driver's name when booking and we accommodate this where possible, subject to availability.
How experienced are your mountain route drivers? ⌄
Our KKH and northern areas drivers have years of specific experience on these routes, having made the journeys dozens or hundreds of times.
What if I am not comfortable with my assigned driver? ⌄
Contact us immediately and we will arrange an alternative driver as quickly as possible.
Do drivers wait during stops? ⌄
Yes. For full-day and tour bookings, the driver waits at each stop for as long as needed within the agreed booking period.
Are drivers allowed to take other passengers during my booking? ⌄
No. Your driver and vehicle are dedicated exclusively to your booking for the agreed period.

Use these answers as general guidance, then confirm the exact vehicle, pickup time, service area and final quotation for your travel date. Rental conditions can change with route, season, passenger count and whether the booking is chauffeur-driven or self-drive.
Ask for the included services in writing before payment. The confirmation should identify fuel, tolls, parking, overtime, driver accommodation, security deposit, cancellation terms and the documents required at handover. Keep the booking contact and driver details available throughout the journey.
